Giving

newgivingimagetownA significant partnership

If prayer is in the DNA of Echoes, so too is finance. There is a link between the two. Those who wish to be informed and pray are often moved to support in practical ways. Since the genesis of Echoes, finance has been channelled through the office to workers serving overseas; for the work they are involved in and for the people they are working with.

Regular income is received for medical work, poverty relief, the sponsorship of children and training and education. You can partner with any of these by giving an amount on a regular basis, as a one-off gift or by leaving part of your estate to the work of mission.

ThankGodA little can mean a lot

Finance given is crucial for worker support. In the past 2-3 years, given the economic downturn and the rate of exchange of other currencies against sterling, income to mission workers has fallen by around 30%. The majority of workers associated with Echoes have no regular income. They are not salaried but depend on God's provision through gifts from His people.

Regular giving to workers through Echoes enables them to remain in ministry. Gifts made to provide for daily needs are a significant encouragement.  When gifts are sent to support the poor and marginalised, small amounts can make a significant difference.

Likewise, gifts for national workers serving in their home countries are of real value in providing for ministry costs and for their families.
